Before your first session I will ask you to fill in our online questionnaire to find out a little more about yourself and your reasons for coming to a kinesiology session.

During the session you will remain fully clothed. I will muscle test you to find which parts of your body may have an imbalance. Then I may check if you are eating any foods which you would do best to avoid as well as seeing whether you need any nutritional support.

Weak muscles can then be strengthened to help resolve any imbalances, paying particular attention to the problems which initially brought you to me.
